We send orders by Royal Mail or Express Courier to most UK destinations with a choice of three different services.
– Economy: Royal Mail 2nd Class - Estimated 2 to 5 working days
– Standard: Royal Mail 1st Class - Estimated 1 to 2 working days
– Express: Next working day to most UK addresses
Postage options are available at the checkout.
Orders placed and paid for before 2pm are dispatched that day, except for kayaks, surfboards and other large items when the cut-off time is 11:30am.
We do not dispatch orders at weekends or on bank holidays.
For tracked deliveries check the condition of the delivery before accepting and signing for it. We cannot make a claim against the carrier for any damage in transit if it is not noted at the time of delivery. Refuse to accept the delivery if it is obviously damaged, and contact Customer Services as soon as you can.

– Europe: Estimated 5 to 10 working days;
– Rest of the World: Estimated 8 to 12 working days.
A Customs Declaration is attached to the parcel if required, and you are responsible for any taxes or fees due.
Kayaks, Surfboards, Paddle Boards and other Large Items
A carrier will deliver your order between 0830 and 1700. We do not pay any re-delivery charges.

The selling price covers next working delivery to most addresses on the UK mainland. You can upgrade to faster delivery at the checkout.

Can I Cancel an Order?
You have a right to cancel an order or return it, from when it is placed until 14 days after it is delivered.
If the order has not been shipped we can amend or cancel it for you. Contact our Customer Service Team as soon as you can.
If the order has been shipped you can return it for a refund of the item cost.
How do I return an item?
For the UK, unused as new Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For Non-UK Countries, unused as new Items may be returned within 20 days of delivery.
There is no need to contact us before returning the item.
Put the item into its original packaging.
Unwanted items must be returned in a saleable condition.
Wrap it securely so it will be protected in transit.
Complete the Return Label received with the order.
